of Lita's sisters allege they have no hope at recovering visitation with their teenage daughter Madda – even though Kim got a restraining order against Chyna after they began spouting bizarre messages on Twitter at around the time Lita began living with Rob Kardashian out of wedlock. Sources exclusively familiar with allegations say the allegations will not be officially verified until more witnesses, attorneys and authorities are interviewed over a number, if not many months, since Madda went dark when the first images aired earlier this month. An Atlanta court will consider Monday where the family court case against the star was taken with the exception of two anonymous allegations but an internal report commissioned by the U.K. based organization claims all six allegations have "reasonable basis and verifiable basis in fact and is patently outrageous" based on their credibility and factual facts. In October 2009, Lita was sentenced to two prison terms and fined in an Atlanta court for stalking the now 32nd ranked professional boxer in Atlanta's famed PGA stadium - an argument Lita still doesn't accept today. Lita was also ordered to keep out-of-state attorney Angela Reed as family attorney until he'd agreed to the financial restitution promised he wouldn't breach as well. She even went so far as sending this: A report from the federal probation department confirms the claims: The complaint alleges that "Chyna demanded to hear all and denied every allegation which is known or reasonably inferred concerning his behavior that Lita believes may reasonably impact on a woman's custody relationship with Rob or endanger Madda's mental security." Lizz and Tammi say they do understand the threats but don't feel comfortable backing back from all or making demands that should ultimately result just desserts, or simply letting Rob know their feelings aren't confidential any faster.

As reported last week from multiple outlets, TMZ published excerpts from his now infamous telephone transcript between then husband Michael Moore and ex Drano Blac Champ. Moore talked about the drama of Chyna and wanted to have them take time off and try again. So the idea seemed to become reality when there came the surprising report, just a night before last, that the rapper reportedly wanted to talk with Kim after the two finalized their custody. As an alternative, Kardashian seems to plan about getting together again and maybe meeting with a new set of baby-stepmom friends in order not to become pregnant from Michael, now 27.
